Not happy with your purchase? We make returns easy.
How to Return an Item
- Go to My Orders in your account.
- Select the delivered order and click Request Return.
- Choose the item(s) and provide a reason.
- Submit — our team will review within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, pack the item securely and hand it to our pickup agent or drop it at the nearest courier centre.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
